Mix well to form a smooth filling mixture. 3. Divide the mixture into 8 equal parts and shape them into balls. 4. In a separate mixing bowl, add the gram flour, rice flour, salt, and water. Mix well to form a smooth batter. 5. Heat oil in a deep frying pan or a kadhai over medium heat. 6. Dip each potato ball in the batter, making sure it is coated evenly on all sides. 7.
